COPENHAGEN PHIL – HELE SJÆLLANDS SYMFONIORKESTER Copenhagen Phil – hele Sjællands symfoniorkester – er et landsdelsorkester, der tæller 65 musikere. Orkestret spiller til daglig i Konservatoriets Koncertsal på Frederiksberg (tidl. Radiohuset) foruden at dække hele Sjælland og Lolland/Falster med musik i løbet af sæsonen. For Copenhagen Phil er det afgørende at forankre musikken i både traditionelle og utraditionelle rammer – samt at være innovativ og skabe aktiviteter for publikum i alle aldre. Copenhagen Phil ønsker, at musikken finder sted både inden for koncertsalens mure, men også uden for: I klasseværelser, gymnastiksale, på torve, parker, hospitaler, gader og stræder over hele Sjælland – samt på digitale platforme og sociale medier. Orkestret blev grundlagt i 1843 i Tivoli - og spiller den dag i dag stadig i den gamle have om sommeren som 'Tivoli Copenhagen Phil'. http://copenhagenphil.dk
