Mă numesc Iulya și vă urez bun venit pe canalul meu. Am început acest drum în decembrie 2017, pornind de la profesia mea de cosmeticiană, însă destinul m-a readus la o pasiune veche de o viață: bucătăria. Cu o experiență practică de peste 35 de ani, am adunat aici preparate din tradiția românească și maghiară, dar și din inima Orientului (Siria și Turcia), unde am trăit decenii întregi. Acest canal, cu peste 1000 clipuri, nu este spectacol, ci esență. După ce am trăit experiența limită a războiului, am învățat că actul de a găti este o formă de demnitate și o celebrare a păcii. Fac totul singură: alegerea ingredientelor, spălatul vaselor, filmare și editare. Așa ofer normalitate, iar povestea mea despre cum să rămâi om și să supraviețuiești în mijlocul abisului am scris-o în viitoarea mea carte„Harta focului interior”.
