El Servei de Formació Permanent i Innovació Educativa (SFPIE) és l’estructura del Centre de Formació i Qualitat Manuel Sanchis Guarner que coordina les iniciatives de formació del personal de la UV i les iniciatives d’innovació educativa. Amb Formació Permanent fem referència a la formació destinada específicament al personal de la Universitat de València, que intenta donar resposta a les necessitats d’ampliació, especialització i perfeccionament formatiu dels membres del Personal d’Administració i Serveis, i del Personal Docent i Investigador de la UV, així com de professorat de nivells no universitaris. La Innovació Educativa fa referència a les iniciatives innovadores i de millora docent desenvolupades pel professorat que realitza les seues tasques docents en Grau i Postgrau de la UV, gran part de les quals es vehiculen mitjançant les ajudes convocades pel Vicerectorat de Cultura i Igualtat.
