Die re:publica ist das Festival für die digitale Gesellschaft. Vom 18.–20. Mai 2026 fand die re:publica Berlin unter dem Motto „Never Gonna Give You Up“ statt. Das Programm brachte die wichtigsten Themen rund um das Netz, seine Communities und die Chancen und Herausforderungen, die in der Digitalisierung der Gesellschaft liegen, auf die Bühnen. In der STATION Berlin gab's Talks, Panels, Workshops, Meetups, eine Expo-Area, Makerspaces und mehr – mit über 1.000 Sprecher*innen und mehr als 20 Programmorten. Die Teilnehmer*innen bilden einen Querschnitt unserer (digitalen) Gesellschaft. Zu ihnen gehören Vertreter*innen aus Wissenschaft, Politik, Unternehmen, Hackerkulturen, NGOs, Medien und Marketing sowie Blogger*innen, Aktivist*innen, Künstler*innen und Social Media-Expert*innen.
