Piero è nato a Codogno (Lodi) nel 1990. Nel 2020 ha co-fondato Sette E Mezzo Studio, società di produzione cinematografica ed audiovisiva. Nel 2017 si unisce alla produzione del documentario "Paternicillina", selezionato al Biografilm Festival 2019, ed è entrato nella selezione ufficiale del Ferrara Film Festival 2021. Nel 2018 ha diretto e co-prodotto "New Faustian World", documentario basato sul libro del critico d'arte Raffaele Quattrone e prodotto da Sole 24 Ore Cultura. Dal 2019 cura la fotografia nel documentario "I’m not god but I’m Michelangelo Antonioni" prodotto dal regista Federico Gatti. Ad Aprile 2021 ha collaborato con Kiwii Digital come Near Set Lab Operator per la serie “La signora Volpe”; successivamente, ha coperto questo ruolo nello nel cinema ("6 Pezzi Facili", Paolo Sorrentino) e nel commercial (Ferrari, Shell).
