Fabel 成員 J1M3 (夕日優生) 和 Lo/o (盧祝君) 因一次校內歌唱比賽相識，當時 J1M3 想找一位主音歌手加入他當時的樂隊，在一次對話之後發現大家的風格和理念都很相似，隨即開始二人共同的理想音樂工作。及後，開始製作和錄製一系列的demo 。 初時，我們不斷在嘗試不同類型的音樂風格，經過一段時間的合作，二人開始接觸電子音樂，亦朝著電子搖滾音樂路線方向創作我們所想的，唱出我們所感受的。 2011年二人分別離開香港，到歐洲學習並發掘出新的音樂元素，亦在愛爾蘭大街嘗過街頭表演。回來過後，繼續積極唱作和找尋表演機會，全因得到各界朋友的支持，亦結識了不少來自不同界別的音樂人! 於2012年認識歌曲監製Alvin Leong (梁榮駿)，得到其欣賞和全力支持，組成Fabel 。
