Hello! My name is Jeff and welcome to my channel. This is a dual channel, combining two things I enjoy doing: teaching physical education and fixing things around my house (DIY projects). I've been teaching elementary physical education since 1997 and currently I teach students from Kindergarten to 2nd grade. The videos I will be posting are to give classroom teachers to use as brain breaks, P.E. teachers to use as activity ideas for their students and families to use at home for fun. Most of the activities I will post will be adequate for grades K-6. The Do-It-Yourself (DIY) section of my channel is meant to help homeowners fix problems that arise in and around their homes.
