Hi, I’m Lovoni, life can be complicated, cooking & improving your health doesn't have to be. I'm sharing my weight-loss story in the hopes my simple approach helps others wanting to embark on their mission to improve their health. Also before-and-afters of my old house; global travel adventures; my veggie garden; appearances from sweet, hairless pup Ramsey, and behind-the-scenes snippets of working in food media. Sadly, I gained weight after moving to North America from my hometown Sydney, Australia, then lost 60lbs/30ish kgs, put some back on after an illness now back at it again. My life revolves around food & has done so for 30 years working as a food stylist, cookbook author, TV host, recipe developer, food photographer, test kitchen manager, recipe tester and food editor. As someone who needs to lose weight, this is both a blessing and a curse. Please stick around for some real food, made simply as I enthusiastically embrace this new chapter & who knows. Lovoni xo
