Cristian "El Loco" Amato, nació el 29 de agosto de 1972 en B° General Bustos. Estudió Química Industrial y luego cursó primer año de Ingeniería en sistemas en la Universidad Tecnológica de Córdoba. Hizo sus primeros pasos en la música de la mano de Sandunga y Banda Corazón. A sus 24 años, ingresó a Trulalá donde adquirió un estilo tropical en sus canciones, y se consagró musicalmente. En 2002, fundó su propia agrupación "La Fiesta" la cual lideró durante 14 años, recorriendo el país con gran éxito. En 2017 lanza su carrera como solista, y tras la pandemia, regresa a los escenarios convirtiendosé en el artista más convocante del género.
