What is DEEPTI ? (DEVELOPMENT OF DHEMAJI THROUGH ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND E-COMMERCE PROMOTING TECHNOLOGICAL INTERVENTION) DEEPTI is one of a kind single window platform developed at the initiative of District Administration, Dhemaji in collaboration with NULM, Dhemaji. DEEPTI as a concept store is in its formative stage and has been envisaged as a common online interface through which local producers and artisans, entrepreneurs, SHGs, independent brands and boutiques will find a viable market to display their wares. DEEPTI also incorporates myriad home services thereby endeavouring to provide market avenues to the skilled labour force of Dhemaji which had been plying their trades in different parts of the country but have returned back in view of the economic regression which the outbreak of COVID-19 Pandemic has precipitated.
