We were licensed and accredited in 2011 and have now cared for over 1500 patients and their families. Our interdisciplinary team of professionals includes a hospice physician, registered nurse case managers, licensed vocational nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, homemakers, and volunteers.
