He is involved in the local art scene often judging art shows and exhibitions in and around Sussex. "One of the greatest privileges for me in teaching art, is to watch learners' individual styles develop and see the thrill they get from mastering new techniques". Paul's ethos on teaching, is that students learn better when working in a happy and relaxed atmosphere, so all his classes are open and fun, with a great emphasis on all artistic techniques being demonstrated.
