EMIANIWÈ-ANOTHO Marx Adolphe, allias Pimpin ANOTHO, est un artiste auteur compositeur gabonais. Il découvre la musique dans la cellule familiale et apprend à jouer de la guitare vers 1970, composant déjà des chansonnettes, qu'il reprend souvent avec ses frères et amis. Autour de 1978, Pimpin se révèle au public, mais considère encore la musique comme un exutoire. L’Harmonie entre la Mère Nature et les êtres vivants, l’amour, le respect de la Culture africaine sont au centre de son inspiration. En 1988, P.C. AKENDENGUE crée le « Carrefour des Arts » - un cercle artistique multisectoriel, pour perfectionner de jeunes talents. Pimpin ANOTHO y participe et en sortira très motivé à développer sa musique. Avec des amis déterminés, il fonde un Club dit « AZWE » aux fins de produire un album. « W’Arya », le premier album de l’artiste, voit le jour en 1995 sous le label « PIMPIN ANOTHO & AZWE », puis suivra l’opus « Bô Gw’Igônô » en 1997…
