The United States Constitution has served our nation well for nearly 250 years. But it is too resistant to change. To address this problem, I propose a 28th Amendment to the Constitution. It would require a Constitutional Convention every 40 years. It would also include a set of critical operating details to create an effective Constitutional review mechanism and earn the trust of the American people. On this channel, I discuss this proposal, why I believe America needs it, and how it would work. I will also bring other voices into the conversation. My mission is to introduce this amendment to the American public and work with others to build support for it, leading to its ultimate passage by Congress and ratification by the states.
