行政院人事行政總處公務人力發展中心 www.hrd.gov.tw 台北市新生南路三段30號 02-83691399 本中心的前身為行政院人事行政局於57年以臨時任務編組方式設置之「公務人員訓練班」，61年遷至臺北市新生南路現址。鑑於公務人員的潛能激發與士氣提振之重要性，經人事行政局依其組織條例第18條之規定提出通盤之整建構想，積極規劃公務人力發展中心之設置。嗣「公務人力發展中心組織條例」於85年1月3日奉 總統明令公布，本中心旋於同年1月22日正式成立，並奉核定於新生南路原址併同國防部撥用之新南營區土地規劃興建學習園區，以因應培訓現代中高級公務人力之前瞻性需求。本中心新建工程自86年4月開工，其間暫遷至臺北市富陽街臨時辦公處所，迄89年10月完成各項設施並正式啟用，全區兼具教學、研究、會議、生活、休閒之多重機能，為一嶄新的人力資源發展現代化學園。 配合行政院組織改造，行政院組織法業於99年2月3日修正，其第6條規定行政院設行政院人事行政總處（以下簡稱人事總處），人事總處為辦理行政院所屬機關公務人員訓練業務特設置本中心，於100年11月14日奉 總統明令公布「行政院人事行政總處公務人力發展中心組織法」，101年2月6日正式施行。
