Chase City Volunteer Fire Department is comprised of 40 members who respond to calls for service 24/7,365. We are located in the heart of beautiful Chase City, Va on 2nd street. We operate with 3 engines, a tanker, a brush truck, and light-duty rescue truck, and a utility truck. The chief is also issued a Tahoe and responds on it. The department is headed up by Chief Jonathan Ligon. He is assisted by: -Asst. Chief Charles Magann -Capt. Cameron Hatcher -1st Lieutenant Matt Newcomb -2nd Lieutenant Jacob Whitten - Sergeant John Reese The Administrative Officers are: -President Josh Whitten -Vice President Clark Matthews -Secretary George Tucker -Treasurer Sarah Ligon
