And now for something completely: Metal! I've been recording live concerts of bands I see for a good number of years now. Previously, I would record the live events for my personal collection. Eventually, I said to myself in ponderous tone: "Why not share?" And so I did. I greatly enjoy music that is found off the beaten path (or indie). Examples of "genres" include (but not limited to): metal, jazz, blues, classical, and electronic. I along with a small handful of friends quite enjoy the extreme metal scene. There is some fascinating stuff out there. Same goes for the other "genres" but I don't know what I would really classify as "extreme jazz". I try to get verbal/written permission from the bands I'm recording. As always, rights belong to the artists not me. On here you will find live shows from primarily metal bands spanning styles like doom, death, black, stoner, and psychedelic. And I am always open to new suggestions both domestic and foreign!!
