Hey! Leuk dat je een kijkje neemt op dit YouTube kanaal! Mijn naam is Jacob en in het voorjaar van 2020 ben ik gestart met de hobby metaaldetectie. Inmiddels heb ik al heel wat leuke en interessante dingen mogen vinden! Tevens ervaar ik de hobby als ideale mogelijkheid om tot rust te komen en lekker in beweging te zijn in de buitenlucht. Ik zoek het liefst op (stort)akkers, maar af en toe zoek ik ook graag op een oud landgoed of in een bosgebied. Naast metaaldetectie ben ik mijn tweede hobby gestart: video’s maken van de zoektochten, deze editen en op YouTube plaatsen. Ik probeer de vondsten te determineren aan de hand van websites op het internet, maar ook door bijvoorbeeld foto’s op FB te plaatsen. De verkregen info verwerk ik vervolgens in de video’s. Ik leer veel nieuwe dingen over de geschiedenis van Nederland en er is nog zoveel meer te ontdekken! Let’s go back to… the Lowlands!
