The Golden Gate Lab Rescue team saves amazing Labradors retrievers from shelters, as well as assists people giving up their dogs for adoption. We provide foster homes, veterinary care, and rehabilitation when needed, to place these wonderful dogs with new loving, forever families. Our goal is to keep as many of these wonderful dogs in a loving home environment as possible without the use of a shelter. If the dog has been abused or needs medical attention, we provide emotional and medical rehabilitation to put them in top shape and ready for adoption. Since 1986 we’ve helped thousands of Labs find homes where they will be loved and receive the care they need to remain happy and healthy.
