Gustav Ovland, Boris & Lillebror the Italian Mastiffs. Renovating an old starch factory in the south of Sweden. The balance between keeping the old factory feeling and adding design solutions that would not rip you of. Love materials that feels real and have the looks of belonging to the place you renovating and looking even better with some years of aging patina. The outdoor garden is located inside the factory walls, the 200 m2 is a working project. It will became the coolest pool area with outdoor kitchen, herbâs garden, lounge, dining area, fireplace and âspa areaâ. The list is long and the ideaâs are always a bit odd and never done the easy way. Love to find that uncommon solution and to reuse materials as often as possible. The start of Gustav's renovating in 2021 can be seen on the show Husdrömmar on SVT play. It is the most popular episode of all seasons.
