I been through a lot of struggles and made many mistakes while searching a job. Wherever I approached everyone was looking for experienced candidates. I was frustrated like hell... Huh! Lots of struggled days... After working for 10 years in industry and taking thousands of interviews for various positions I noticed the problem and started working on the way how I should solve these problems.
