"Shoot your gun the other way" - This is one of the many messages the alternative metal band 'State of Tension' wants to show to the world. Thus the in 2016 as 'Neverburn' formed band just released their latest song 'S.Y.G.T.O.W.'. The message of the song is clear: Stop violence, especially caused by people wearing the badge. Musically the song contains many parts (especially the more heavy sections), which are clearly influenced by progressive metal bands like 'Tool' and 'Gojira'. In contrast to the complicated heavy riffs the song also contains calm and ethereal parts, like the first part of the solo. The band contains five young men from austria. The brothers Martin and Markus are playing guitar and drums, Benjamin is on the vocals, Raphael is playing rythm guitar and Andreas is playing the bass.
