Giana Cervi é graduada em Fonoaudiologia (2000) e Música (2014) pela Universidade do Vale do Itajaí, pós-graduada em Musicoterapia pela Universidade Paulista de Artes (2002) e mestre em Distúrbios da Comunicação pela Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná (2008). Sua trajetória profissional se consolidou por dois caminhos que se complementam: o artístico, aonde atua como cantora e compositora e o da docência. Possui cinco trabalhos gravados: EP Giana Cervi (2003), CD Cirandinha (2009), DVD Cirandinha ao vivo (2010), CD e DVD Casa (2015), e o EP Cellophane com o projeto coletivo O Mimo (2018). Dona de um timbre de voz inconfundível, seu trabalho artístico pode ser ouvido e apreciado nas principais redes sociais e sites de streaming. Atualmente é professora do curso de Bacharelado e Licenciatura em Música da Universidade do Vale do Itajaí e também do Conservatório de Música Popular de Itajaí, além de ministrar cursos e oficinas voltados ao aprimoramento do potencial vocal e da comunicação.
