DAOKO だをこ 1997年生まれ、東京都出身。アーティスト。 15歳の時にニコニコ動画へ投稿した楽曲で注目を集め、2012年に1st Album『HYPER GIRL- 向こう側の女の子 -』を発売。ポエトリーリーディング、美麗なコーラスワーク、ラップを絶妙なバランスで織り交ぜたドリーミーな世界観で話題を呼ぶ。 2015年3月女子高生にしてTOY’ SFACTORY から1st アルバム『DAOKO』にてメジャーデビュー。 2018年12月には「第69回NHK紅白歌合戦」に「打上花火」で初出場。これまでに米津玄師やベック、中田ヤスタカ、岡村靖幸、スチャダラパー、MIYAVIら数多くのアーティスト共作・共演している。音楽活動の一方、2017年に小説「ワンルーム・シーサイド・ステップ」を執筆しKADOKAWAより刊行。 2019年は写真と絵の初個展 ”DAOKO × SHINKAI BABA 気づきEXHIBITION『Enlightening my world』”の開催、自主企画ライブイベント「チャームポイント」主催。また新たなバンド形式でのツアーを成功させ、音楽活動を中心にしながら多様なクリエイティヴ表現を続けている。メジャー4作目のニューアルバム「anima」を2020年6月24より配信、7月29日にCDリリースする。
