Welcome to my channel. My name is Elsie Yan, and I live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I started living low carb since Sept 2017 and it has helped me lose some weight and get healthier. This YouTube channel was started seven (7) years ago on 11 Nov 2018 to share all the low carb / keto recipes which I developed based on these principles: - 1. All recipes are free of gluten, grains and sugar. 2. Ingredients should be easily available and affordable. 3. Provide a wide variety of low carb flours so people have more options. 4. Keep recipes simple and easy to make. 5. Provide baking tutorial videos so that people can have a better understanding of low carb ingredients and how to use them correctly for better success.
