Institut Pendidikan Guru Malaysia (IPGM) merupakan sebuah institusi pendidikan yang melatih bakal-bakal guru sekolah rendah. Kini IPGM mengendalikan sebanyak 27 buah kampus atau lebih dikenali sebagai Institut Pendidikan Guru (IPG). IPGM menawarkan sebanyak enam program utama di IPG iaitu Program Persediaan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perguruan (PPISMP), Program Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perguruan Dengan Kepujian (PISMP), Diploma Perguruan Lepas Ijazah (DPLI), Diploma Perguruan Malaysia (DPM), Diploma Perguruan Lepas Diploma (DPLD) dan Latihan Dalam Perkhidmatan (LDP). Berdasarkan program tersebut, IPGM menawarkan dua jenis mod pembelajaran iaitu mod sepenuh masa dan mod separuh masa. Seterusnya IPGM mempunyai beberapa kumpulan pelajar yang terdiri daripada tajaan Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia, tajaan Agensi Luar Kementerian Pendidikan dan tajaan Kerajaan Negeri. Justeru, guru pelatih di IPG akan ditempatkan di pelbagai jenis sekolah di seluruh Negara sejurus tamat pengajian
