È il 1963 tra Reggio Emilia e Modena, come in tante altre zone dell'Italia del dopo-boom, nascono, a ritmo frequentissimo, centinaia di gruppi musicali, accomunati dalla voglia di esprimere sensazioni, pensieri ed insoddisfazioni dei giovani della nuova generazione, la prima del dopoguerra. Tra questi anche i NOMADI. È la band più longeva del panorama musicale italiano, vengono fondati nel 1963, da Beppe Carletti e Augusto Daolio, in un periodo in cui nascevano, a ritmo frequentissimo, centinaia di gruppi musicali, accomunati dalla voglia di esprimere sensazioni, pensieri ed insoddisfazioni dei giovani della nuova generazione, la prima del dopoguerra.
