Welcome to our magical piece of the world we are so happy to have you here! We are Michael and Acacia with our pets Coffee (Aussie Shepherd) and Rusks (black cat) living a slightly alternative lifestyle. 3 years ago we packed up everything and hit the road in our self converted van to travel across our home country South Africa full time in our tiny home on wheels. We found ourselves returning to the Cederberg mountains yearly so we decided to find a piece of land to call our own. In August 2024 we parked our van on raw off grid farmland and began building our homesteading and putting roots in the ground. We have all come accustomed to the slow life on the farm and have enjoyed transforming the land into a comfortable living environment.
