I'm Eric and this is my channel on history. I love reading old history books and finding the unique stories that A.I. overlooks. At any given time, I'm in the process of reading a wide variety of history books. This slows down the progress on each book but allows me to create a large variety of videos, which keeps things interesting. Lately, I've been reading books on U.S. Presidents, Stalin, Amundsen's South Pole expedition, Teddy Roosevelt's autobiography, the French Revolution, ancient societies, North Korean defectors, and more. ◈ How historical figures would react to current events. For example, what would George Washington think of today’s foreign policy? How would Marcus Aurelius react to current events? I try and bring history’s greatest minds into the 21st century using direct quotes, documented philosophies, and historical records.
