The Skidmore Dynamics (often referred to as the Dynos) was founded in 1995, and is now Skidmore College's oldest co-ed a cappella group! Grounded in the principals of diversity and cohesion, the Dynos are an eclectic mix of personalities and singing styles. Their love of singing with one another is apparent in their rousing performances and close bonds. A true Dynos family, they hold reunions every five years. In the Spring of 2002, the Dynos were ranked the #1 a'cappella group in New England/Central Canada and one of the top six a'cappella groups in the nation! As a result, they performed onstage at Lincoln Center in Avery Fisher Hall. This accomplishment got them coverage on the front page of the New York Times - Arts Section. Contact us!
