Dissidence, banda de groove metal formada en enero de 2024 en Santiago de Chile. Fundada por el bajista y vocalista de Steel Knife Paul Byfford. Se une al Proyecto el guitarrista Pancho Tobar, quien aporta con arreglos y solos a las composiciones de la banda. Con el tiempo se unirían el baterista Melqui Bravo y Fabian Silva quien seria el primer vocalista / guitarrista y compositor lírico. Con el tiempo nuestro vocalista dejaría la banda por temas profesionales, pasando Paul a la voz e incluiríamos a Mr Martincho en la guitarra. Actualmente la banda trabaja en la composición de su primer disco trayendo todo el power y espíritu del groove metal a la escena del metal chileno. Esperamos no romper cristales pero somos la disidencia cultural y social.
