Fatma Turgut; ilköğrenimini, Atatürk İlköğretim Okulu’nda, liseyi Söke Hilmi Fırat Anadolu Lisesinde, üniversiteyi Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Buca Eğitim Fakültesi Müzik Ana Bilim Dalı Klasik Gitar Bölümü’nde tamamladı. Üniversitede aldığı eğitim bünyesinde; çok sesli koro, şan, Türk Müziği Armonisi, Batı Müziği Armonisi gibi alanlarda çalışmalar yapma fırsatı buldu. 2007 yılında MODEL isimli rock müzik grubuna katıldı. MODEL grubu ile birlikte Perili Sirk (2009), Diğer Masallar (2011) ve Levla’nın Hikayesi (2013) isimlerini taşıyan 3 albüm yayınladı. Mart 2016’da çıkardıkları single çalışması olan “Mey” uzun sure listelerde birinciliğini korudu. 2016'da “ İlkbaharda Kıyamet ’’, 2018'de ''Aşk Tadında'' single'larını yayınlayan Fatma Turgut, 2019 yılında çıkardığı, kariyerinin ilk solo albümü olan ''Elimde Dünya'' ile yoluna devam ediyor.
