BACK TO BASICS!! THAT'S THE GENERAL RULE OF OUR HOUSE!! After my Husband (Ronak of "SONAK" - Sonam and Ronak) was diagnosed with Stage 2 Cancer, back in March 2019 (just 15 days before our wedding), we decided to Go Back to the Diet followed in the olden days and early days of our childhood (before the hip haps of packed foods and eating out / home delivery took over) Meaning we eat FRESH, PRESERVATIVE-FREE, and HOMEMADE FOOD which is tastier and healthier than any restaurant or packed food. Most of my cooking experiments are done in an AIR FRYER (A wedding gift from the parents of our friends, BLESSED!) We focus on a Balanced Diet, aiming to intake all Essential Vitamins, Minerals, Carbs etc. We do have our CHEAT DAYS! Majorly, I focus on home cooking anything and everything, ranging from Pizzas to Pani Puris. ALL THE INDIAN MASALAS / CURD/ PANEER etc. you see in our videos are HOMEMADE!
