Welcome to Open Heart Join our worldwide community of lay practitioners embracing a modern form of tantric yoga—drawing from both Buddhist and Hindu traditions. It’s designed especially for those with families, careers, and everyday responsibilities. Founded by Amrita Baba (also known as Kim Rinpoche), our method shines with his direct, simple, and pragmatic teaching style. We focus on nonmeditation (Skt. abhavana) and mind transformation through tantra—using powerful mantric methods. Our practice is purely experience-based. We skip religious or philosophical dogma. Instead, we share openly about insights and experiences—no secrets, no mystery, no taboos. Many of us explored other paths first. Tantra flips the script: it rejects renunciation or retreat from the world. Embrace life fully—its joys, pains, and everything in between. Safety first: All staff commit to our Safeguarding Policy. Check the Calendar for events. Born in 2008, Open Heart now thrives in many countries.
