Mi chiamo Ian, classe 1998, vivo a Castione della Presolana, in provincia di Bergamo e, da sempre, ho un rapporto speciale con la pizza. Nasco cuoco, amante del buon cibo e delle materie prime eccellenti. Nel 2016 ho partecipato al programma televisivo Master Pizzachef, aggiudicandomi il titolo di “miglior pizzaiolo d’Italia”: il primo passo verso un futuro dedicato interamente alla pizza! Il mio concetto è quello di unire pizza e cucina, su una base di alta panificazione. Un progetto che si evolve ogni giorno, con tanto studio e pratica, una ricerca continua della perfezione. Di fondamentale importanza è stata la scelta degli ingredienti: amo stare a stretto contatto con i produttori delle materie prime e seguirne la filiera.
