Criado no final de 2019, o programa RMH (Rock | Metal | Hard) é comandando por Carlos Chiaroni (Animal Records) e Paulinho Heavy (Som Pop, Black Jack Bar, É Noize) Com abertura do Casadio Studio, trilha de abertura de Alexandre Grunheidt (Ancesttral)e edição de Michel Teer, o RMH foi criado, segundo Chiaroni, para suprir a falta do antigo "Lokaos Lançamentos", que o proprietário da Animal Records, aberta em setembro de 1992 na Galeria do Rock (SP), apresentava no canal Lokaos. As siglas do nome, RMH (Rock/Metal/Hard), traduzem todo o sentimento que estes dois abnegados pela cultura rocker, compartilham com seu fiel e cativo público, a cada edição. Se somados o tempo de estrada dos dois, serão mais de 70 anos de vivência e experiência na cena roqueira.
