Kate Havnevik is an artist, composer, musician and producer. She first rose to prominence with her self-released album, Melankton. The album was quickly picked up by some of Hollywood's leading music supervisors and its tracks became heavily feature in many US films and TV series. Kate is currently writing film scores for feature films and documentary features, and also making a new album. Her song UNLIKE ME went viral on Tik Tok summer 2025 and millions used the song in their Tik Tok posts. Havnevik's main collaborator throughout the years is British producer Guy Sigsworth (Frou Frou, Björk, Seal, Madonna), he and Kate have extensively written music together since the early 2000s.
