Hi, welcome to the Youtube Channel for Vernyoga - Yoga and Music in Weybridge, Addlestone and Chertsey, Surrey, UK. Here you'll find my yoga classes under the playlist 'Vernette's (Vernyoga) Yoga Classes', some short, long and some are fairly old compared to how I teach now, but I hope they serve to offer a few flows to practice at home in between classes. Any that have (Vernyoga) next to them in the title are my videos. Then, there are also other teachers videos that I have uploaded for your yoga pleasure. Some are intermediate to advance and some are flowing - I will in time add more descriptions so that you can pick them out according to your preference and level, but for now they are under yoga style categories. Also, this is a little outlet to show my other passion which is music which I’ve recently got back into recording, so just sharing those out there too, especialy of my drumming. Enjoy!
