Sooo… In 2004 I got tossed around in a rolling car that landed on my neck & I have been a C6-7 Complete Quad ever since. This page is to share my experiences and knowledge shared with me about living with a disability. Living with chronic pain is very very hard! so I want to share things that help me manage ❤️. I found it’s rare to find actual wheelchair user Accessible Yoga instructors, as well as workouts that work for this low quad, and have worked for other quads with minimal hand function. Just getting moving and stretching greatly improves my overall mindset. During rehabilitation after my accident, I discovered that I loved being in the water and that I could be free on my own and manipulate the water 💦 It takes time to relearn your body after an injury, so have patience and take it one scenario at a time.
