I am abdullah age 13 years old my weight is 40 kg and perfect body following my steps to get perfect body: for warmup: 30 sec jumping jacks 30 sec high kness arms circulation then start your exercises 10 normal pushups 2 sets 5 diamond pushups 2 sets 20 crunches 5 sets 30 squats 3 sets 30 mountain climbers 1 min plank 30 sec Russian twist if you have pull up bar then do or do Australian pull ups Diet plan; morning:egg with roti or bread with tea evening: 1 roti with daal or any vegetables/ you also eats fresh fruits night: 1 roti with vegetables and drink 1 glaas of milk avoid coldrinks, bakery chips and sweets
