This channel is aimed at being a family friendly, fun and entertaining environment to hang out and relax. In the early days the content will follow the escapades of our intrepid computer gaming noob in their quest for Doom supremacy! But why? Well despite its age (Dec 1993) I feel an incredible draw to this game, where the combination of varied monsters and weapons, and a broad range of simple mechanics create a very engaging and fun experience for me. In particular, the hustle of the community to develop and maintain new ports and maps for the game has really kept this game in great shape. I simply love to play the game, despite having little gaming pedigree, and have decided to capture my journey from struggling with basic maps through (hopefully) to the big and beautiful masterpieces that require expert skills. My preferred position is to perform single segment (no saves), high difficulty, pistol starts to maps and talk you through what I am doing!
