When people ask me how we came to have 10 cats in a two bedroom house, it's usually with raised eyebrows and a tone that says they think we're a little crazy. We didn't set out to have a houseful. It just happened, little by little. A few at a time. Each one was going to be the last, but wasn't. The first was in 1995. The most recent were in 2020. Our cats are all rescues, most of them strays who found us on their own. Two were from a local rescue group. Five are a mother and her kittens who were born on our back deck in April 2011. I can't resist the sight of an abandoned kitten who needs help. I think that's obvious. It's getting to the point where we need to stop adding cats, or start adding rooms to the house. I'm not sure which would be cheaper. All of our cats have their own interesting stories, and I plan to tell them in videos. If you love cats and happy endings, you've come to the right place. I hope you will enjoy what you find, and that you'll come back for more.
