Set in 2008 in an undetermined Californian city, we follow the life of one disillusioned MARIUS ULLAND, a 27 yo Norwegian man who works at a call center. He lives in a shitty apartment complex with his friend of 10 years, 25 yo JOEN LINDQVIST, who is considerably more sociable and popular than him. Joen introduces Marius to 26 yo ADRIK ANTONOV, a rather expressive bartender at the gay bar Joen frequents. Meanwhile, Marius meets 26 yo LUKAS HART on Smacehook, thankful to have a blooming friendship with someone who is not as strange as the rest of the people in his life.
