After leaving banking last year, I’ve been exploring new opportunities and connecting with people who’ve made some inspiring career changes. Ordinary people making unordinary pivots. This journey inspired me to start a project called 道がある (“Michigaaru” or “There’s (always) a Path”). I plan to share stories of those who found joy and success on new paths-including updates on my own search for meaningful work. Rather than launching a big website, I’m starting small, with a community I have grown to love and trust, by simply by posting articles here, featuring interviews and reflections on these interesting transitions. I might try a podcast later, but for now, I’d love your thoughts on platforms or formats. I’ll keep things brief, inspiring, and hopefully a bit funny.
