Welcome to Eat Skinny LIVE! I'm Rob and this channel has been created to help you with your weight loss and healthy eating journeys. It's not just telling you what to eat and how much. I'll be giving you a real-life insight into the struggles and successes I've had with trying to lose weight over the past few years. Losing weight, as a guy, has not always been at the forefront of my daily life but after seeing an uncomfortable number on my scales, I knew something had to be done. With my own anxieties and pressures of keeping fit and healthy, I want to share some ideas that have certainly helped me with my yo-yoing weight. I'll be covering ideas for meals, experiences of weight loss groups and diet fads and how to not let your own mental health stop you from achieving your goals.
