Poi il 19 febbraio 2020 qualcosa è scattato nella mia testa: mi sono guardato allo specchio e pesato: 111,2 kg, una massa grassa fra il 20% e il 25%, 198 cm d'altezza. E mi sono posto una "missione impossibile" consistente nel raggiungere tre obbiettivi: entro agosto perdere 20 kg di grasso, costruire almeno 9 kg di muscolo e correre tre volte a settimana, così da riallenare il mio sistema cardiocircolatorio. Oggi è il 4 marzo ed ho deciso di mettermi ulteriormente in gioco rendendo i miei progressi pubblici.
