Het meeste beeldmateriaal dateert uit de periode 1980-2000. Het gaat om clipjes zoals (gedeeltelijke) nieuwsuitzendingen, reclame, zendersluitingen, omroepers / omroepsters in beeld, fragmenten uit (soms ook volledige afleveringen van) televisieprogramma's zoals 'Première', 'De Drie Wijzen', 'Morgen Maandag', 'Huis van Wantrouwen', 'Blokken' etc. en ook radiofragmenten met radionieuws uit de jaren stillekes.
