https://www.raywakui.com/ VFXアーティスト / 映像ディレクター 東京都出身。東京大学、同大学院卒業。 在学中は航空宇宙工学を学ぶ。 大学時代に結成したバンドのMVを自主制作したことがきっかけで映像制作を始める。 2019年末、昔から憧れだった3DCGを使ったMVを自身のバンドで制作するため独学でBlenderの勉強をスタート。 2021年春、制作期間1年半を経て人物以外を全て3DCGで制作した実写合成 MV「THE SIXTH LIE - Everything Lost」を公開。撮影以外の工程をたった一人で作り上げた本作は、様々なメディアで取り上げられる話題作となった。 その後は、実写合成をメインとしたVFXの技術により、「手越祐也」や「ずっと真夜中でいいのに。」、「ゴールデンボンバー」のMVをはじめ様々なアーティストのMVでVFXやディレクションを手がける。
