The main founder of the collective, Mxrcury, was born in 1994 in Los Angeles, California. After spending most of his youth carving poetry and song lyrics into his school desks, he found his voice while attending college in Oregon. He would then go on to release a variety of free tracks on his personal Soundcloud, showcasing his ability to shape witty lyricism, melody, and delivery. In Oregon, Mxrcury started, RME Collective, a group of abstract and clever lyricists, musicians and producers, all with unique perspectives on life. The members are based out of California, Oregon and Washington, which provides each member a significant sense of west coast purpose, while using music as a medium to portray their backgrounds.
