Carl Richardson (known musically as Carli Oso) is a British folk-rock musician. Based in the far-flung sub tropical climes of Northern New Zealand, Carl's original work pulls inspiration from the likes of Jack White, The Black Keys and Deftones. Anti-authoritarianism and an entrenched distrust in government, media and the ruling class have shaped and moulded his sound into something that is perhaps more frenzied and indignant than initial creative blueprints might have suggested. As the world continues to close in around us, Carli Oso has plans to make songs that say what many of us are thinking. The live show will be very much in line with what you see on his socials; a one man show that is both rough around the edges and sharpened to a point. Plans to tour are in the pipeline, but as an independent artist those plans rely largely on the success of his upcoming album 'The Dress Down' as well as a subsequent EP of your favourite covers.
